About Michelle

  • LinkedIn

Michelle joined Ethinvest as a Financial Adviser in 2019. She studied economics and politics at the University of South Australia before entering the financial services industry in 2007. Despite the challenges faced by markets in 2008-2009, Michelle continued her financial planning studies and achieved her Certified Financial Planner® accreditation in 2017.

Michelle is passionate about helping people and has a genuine desire to make an impact on people's lives as well as the broader community and environment. She believes portfolio construction should be customized to each client's unique needs and draws on her experience working for both small and large financial institutions to advise on the complexities of High Net Worth individuals and entities.

Outside of work, her proudest achievement is becoming a mum in 2020, and co-ordinating an almost impossible family relocation from Sydney to Adelaide through a Covid lockdown. Michelle has returned to her ‘forever home’ in Adelaide and has been working part-time since 2021, getting quality time with her family, while making herself available to serve our loyal clients.

Michelle is supported by Elaine Zhang (Senior Paraplanner) and Erin McAlister (Client Relationship Manager).
